Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for developing and reviewing mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment selections.

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other trades to resolve design conflicts and ensure code compliance.

• Conduct site visits, review submittals, and respond to RFIs during the construction administration phase.

• Participate in value engineering, load calculations, pressurization studies, and energy code compliance reviews.

• Provide input on sustainability strategies and support LEED documentation where applicable.

• Track punch lists, change orders, and manage project correspondence with contractors and consultants.
