Adept in handling and managing the day-to-day activities of the Project Management Office to manage a wide range of programs and projects and to ensure that programs and projects meet organizational goals and requirements, I have a good background in cyber security, commercial work such as but not limited to, bidding (leads, opportunities, and proposals), Orders & sales for forecast and actual reports, unbilled revenue, Collection & Aging reports, KPIs, and weekly status reports for all units.   • End to End project/program implementation management from project planning to delivery following the PMI stander.

  • Oversee, motivate, monitor, and analyze Projects/Programs' performance and prepare reports highlighting all the potential risks and issues with the project and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to support business case development.
  • Update the Risk Register, Action Log, risk response, Issue Log, and recommend preventive/corrective actions on the projects.
  • Update and maintain the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register
  • Reinforce continuous improvement, collect lessons learned and ensure that all PMI standers, tools, and procedures are implemented at all levels of Projects management.
  • Perform periodic evaluations of contractors, consultants, and projects management staff.
  • Coordinate project closure to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged.

  • Strong familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Recognized industry certifications – PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL etc.
  • Excellent writing and speaking in Arabic and English
  • Well versed in report writing and in preparing professional presentations.
  • Proven abilities in problem management, process analysis and root cause analysis.
