• · Operational support for the University of Washington’s multi-campus networks, including Seattle, Bothell, and Tacoma, extends to the UW Medical Center, Northwest Hospital, Harborview Medical Center, and numerous remote clinics.
• · Performing daily monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting for all Layer-2 network equipment, such as aggregation switches, edge switches, and wireless access points, using network infrastructure tools to support the network.
