With over a decade of dedicated service in the pharmaceutical sector, I have honed my expertise in various domains, from pharmacy management and supervision to academia and advocacy. My roles have encompassed leadership positions such as Secretary of the Pharmaceutical Society of Sierra Leone/Western Area and President of the National Association of Pharmaceutical Students-Sierra Leone, where I fostered collaboration, advocated for student needs, and ensured effective communication among stakeholders. I have demonstrated proficiency in project supervision, data management, and capacity building through experiences like overseeing a data collection team for the MAAP Project and training healthcare staff in multiple districts. My commitment to excellence is underscored by my tenure as a part-time lecturer, where I imparted knowledge in medical microbiology and guided students in their academic pursuits. Additionally, my hands-on experience as a pharmacist in various settings, from Médecins Sans Frontières to Rodyna Pharmacy, has equipped me with a keen understanding of market dynamics, product detailing, and supply chain management. I bring a blend of leadership, expertise, and a passion for advancing pharmaceutical practice to every role I undertake.
