In my first year of fellowship, I developed my diagnostic, therapeutic and prognostic skills through participation in direct patient care in supervised inpatient and outpatient settings.

In Second year my knowledge extended to include more esoteric aspects of Nephrology and can take care of patients and put plans for them independently.

Worked as ICU doctor , deal and treat Critical ill patients , taking care daily of 15- 20 patients during COVID outbreak. have good experience to deal with different cases of critical ill patients such as septic shock , cardiogenic shock , ACS , intubation and extubation, Acute respiratory /heart failure and others.

Also, have good experience and can do a different procedure like LP (lumber puncture) ( > 50 times ) , central line insertion ( > 60 times ) and bone marrow biopsy.

As an internal medicine resident, I rotate each month in a medical specialty. In each I would be responsible for 8-10 patients in average, I have 2 -3 on-call duties each week ( 10/month ) , with around 100 hours of work each week , the duty will include taking new admissions, responding to in-patient complaints and participating in CPR team. Additionally, the program includes weekly case presentations, monthly mortality and morbidity cases and several educational seminars.

I rotated for 5 months in ICU/CCU department, and I can deal with ICU patients, intubation and extubation, with septic shock patients, and others. Also, I had 5 on call duties in ICU each month for 2 years.

I was a Chief resident for one year (2019 - 2020)

Internal Medicine experience; inpatient and outpatient, rotated at different subspecialties ( cardiovascular, hematology and oncology, pulmonary and critical care, gastroenterology and endocrine). Included attendance of different didactics about the diagnosis and management of different diseases.

Inpatient and outpatient experience in Pulmonary/ Critical department. taking care of critically ill patients. Attended and observed many procedures like bronchoscopy with lavage or biopsy. Direct interaction with patients, H&P, and formation of initial management plan.

Clinical externship in internal medicine and cardiology. Attended several didactics in cardiology. Participated in discussions about cardiovascular diseases. Also included outpatient experience (history, physical examination and formulation of management plan under observation of supervising physician).
