  • The design and build project for the urban planning and design of a mixed-use area (52.4 fed., in addition to the design of a park of an area of (38 fed), the main public service center (25.7 fed.), and the major arterial linking the urban sector to the ring road.
  • The technical evaluate of (3) proposals submitted by leading international firms for the master planning of the third phase for Sahl Hasheesh Resort. The Resort covers an area of (2800 ha)
  • The preparation of the strategic plan of 10th of Ramadan industrial city. The project constitutes to an integrated strategic development plan, in addition to the detailed technical plans to execute strategic plan (housing, infrastructure, transportation and road networks, services and community facilities and other detailed plans).
  • The preparation of the strategic plan of North-West Gulf of Suez Special Economic Zone. The plan takes the advantage of the synergy of regional connectivity, national economic development and industry, and the enabling of available developable urban land to achieve a more balanced national distribution of growth and settlement.
  • The international competition for the revitalization and upgrading of Khedive’s Cairo, and the design of both Attaba and Opera Squares, organized by General Organization for Physical Planning - Awarded first prize.
  • The competition aimed for reaching the best proposals for the project, considering an initial study to define a vision for the Khedive’s Cairo based on a preliminary analysis of the site and its potential, strategies were defined leading to specific list projects.

The project programs included housing program, planning and open spaces program, improvement, rehabilitation, of public buildings), employment program, basic social services program and the micro credit program.
  • Determining the baseline information needs and manage data collection process.
  • Developing the logical frameworks (quantitative and qualitative indicators) for all the project programs
