

In the last couple years I have truly taken charge with the time I put into furthering my education. My greatest asset is my motivation and open mindedness to always improving myself in the work place and maintaining personal and work relationships. When I am asked to do something at work I do it correctly and am okay being asked to learn more things. Im in a long term relationship so i understand how to maintain good relationships. Besides work I have spent my time recently working on my personal life, staying active, performing music events, creating music projects, traveling, handling family business, and learning more skills that will translate into me being the best version of myself.

My average day arriving to work started with commuting to the park and a 10-minute walk to the wardrobe, where we scanned our IDs and accessed the employee lounge. I had to grab my uniform from wardrobe and then I Changed and filled my locker. Then I walked to my assigned restaurant for the day. At the restaurants, I did prep work with vegetables and meat. We utilized safe knife skills and always properly sanitized areas. All the ingredients were properly labeled, as well. I changed the fryers, oil pans, and filters. At the Universal Studios Panda location I learned how to cook the menu items to perfection. We would face fast-paced rushes of customers, so we had to work fast and communicate with one another.
