I am a detail-oriented CAD Technician with skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and other programs dedicated to delivering precise drawings that meet client specifications. I have strong collaborative skills with a focus on improving the design processes. I aim to utilize technical experience for future architectural development.

• Architectural/Residential: I used AutoCAD and Revit 2020-25 to create site plans, foundation plans, floor plans, elevations, roof framing, cabinet details, and wall sections for a single-family residence. Created blocks and organized the files for optimal storage and access.
• Architectural/Commercial: I utilized AutoCAD and Revit 2020-25 to create topographical plans, foundation plans, floor plans, wall sections, door and window schedules, perspective views, and elevations for a structure. Created blocks and organized the files for optimal storage and access.
• Structural Drafting: I used Revit 2020-25 to create framing plans, and structural detail views for the frame of a building.
• Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems: I used Revit and Autocad 2020-25 to create the HVAC plans, electrical plans, and plumbing system plans for structures and sites. Created sheets of the M.E.P. plans for DWG. and Revit files.
• Civil Drafting: I used Civil CAD 2021-25 to create lot plans, street plans, and topographical layouts for a neighborhood. Used survey points to create site plans for the neighborhood.
