• Lead & supervise the deck for load-ins and load-outs
• Maintain & repair all motorized & flying aspects of the show

• Build and strike structure to design specifications including ballast and guy wire install
• Pull and set motor points
• Raise stage roof and secure tower climbers to engineer's specifications
• Monitor local weather and stage safety systems during festival

• Assist touring shows, festivals, and concerts in loading in, loading out, & executing show cues
• Maintain a clean & safe working environment for technicians, actors, & other theatrical staff

• Implement Scenic, Lighting, and Sound designs for all productions
• Coordinate with rental facilities for basic show requirements
• Supervise load in & load out for all aspects of the show

• Coordinate overhire technicians for outside rentals
• Be the point of contact for outside renters
• Maintain & repair theatrical systems
• Instruct renters on how to use, operate, and program ETC EOS Lighting systems, analog audio systems, and digital audio systems
