Working since 15 has given me several opportunities to hone my abilities to be a great employee. Not only am I efficient, but I take pride in the work that I'm doing, whether that's crafting lattes or bussing tables. I work hard to not only accomplish my given tasks, but also to cultivate relationships with my coworkers in order to create a comfortable and productive environment. I also work hard to be very receptive to criticism, so that if I'm doing something wrong I can adapt.
