Lab Experience

  • Principles of Electrical Engineering I and II Lab: granted experience on how to work with circuits, through use of resistors, capacitors, inductors, op-amps, LEDs, and Arduino boards
  • Digital Logic and Design Lab: allowed for experience with digital circuit boards to further understand the hardware through XOR gates, SSI/MSI circuits, and state machines

Projects

Alarm Clock Project:

Developed a Java-based alarm clock application with a user-friendly GUI, utilizing Java Swing for interface elements such as frames, panels, labels, and buttons, enhancing user interaction and experience

Cryptography Project:

Developed a cryptographic toolkit on Java for a final project to demonstrate proficiency in key exchange, encryption/decryption, digital signatures, and secure message transmission to simulate data protection and secure communication

-team member involved in creating a miniature, autonomous robotic mouse to navigate through a maze in the shortest time possible

- aiding the software team in implementing Floodfill algorithms in C++ and Arduino

- aiding the hardware team in utilizing microcontrollers, teensy boards, time of flight sensors to maximize the mobility and ability of the robotic mouse
