Strengths and weaknesses
Strengths
I work very well under pressure and stay very levelheaded. For example when volunteering or working on projects I rarely get stressed by workloads and always stay calm even if I have the right to be angry because of a circumstance such as a teammate not pulling their weight and keeping the team behind.
I am focused to a high degree as I am able to work on multiple projects while also making sure I do everything. on time and in order. For example I have multiple ap classes and online classes that I have had projects for at the same time but I am able to focus on what I need to do at the time while ignoring distractions such as Social media, and various other media.
I am very generous and am willing to put others ahead of myself disallowing conflict to occur and benefiting those around me and myself as I enjoy helping others. For example I am willing to give up my time to help others such as when I have helped multiple times with moving out and in families and payed for peoples meals.
I am very adaptable and can work in different environments. For example I when volunteering have had to work multiple jobs because if someone leaving or not showing up, so to efficiently do my job I had to adapt to work load location and experience as some jobs I may not be experienced in,and have to figure it out.
I have a high attention to detail and can make sure everything needed is in a project or idea before we finish said project. For example I can keep track of multiple groups when volunteering and make sure they have what is needed when either passing out food or setting up and venue.
