For any job or task that has been assigned to me, I make sure that not only the job is efficiently completed in a timely manner. But above the standards that were given and expected. I am not one to take shortcuts to get the job done quicker. I would rather put more effort into the task at hand, than walk away because it has become too difficult. 

I love working with people to get the task done. If someone is struggling to do something, I would do my best to help them without hesitation. Because I know if I was struggling on something, I would want someone to help me. I am great at communicating to others what needs to happen in order to get the job done as efficiently, safely, and quickly as possible. Because there was no one to direct people around, most of them would likely sit around and watch the others do all the work.
