  • Partner with key client and SYF leaders to develop and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for commercializing new program opportunities and growth initiatives.
  • Develop marketing plans to support business growth in top-line metrics (new accounts, incremental net credit sales, SOW, overall credit penetration).
  • Drive marketing and other strategic initiatives in close alignment with key client priorities: including developing the business case, selling the opportunity internally and externally and provide oversight to the execution by marketing and cross-functional teams.

  • Owned Prescreen acquisition channel for Chevron which delivered over 40% of all new accounts and launched business first product choice and Visa first capability.
  • Project managed large scale ABT conversion and cardholder communications strategy across O&G portfolios (Chevron, P66, CITGO) including reissue of 1M+ PLCC accounts to Discover EMV.
  • Lead transition from O&G Retail Card (P3) to Paysol (P5) database, partnering closely with COPS/IT for for shut down of RC eService and conversion to Paysol Consumer Center servicing platform.
  • Managed Chevron’s first and only highly profitable Visa Flip/Upgrade campaign generating incremental $22MM in World Sales above projections. Grew Visa book from 5% to 12% first year directly contributing to highest profitable net world sales YOY.
  • Managed wing-to- wing strategy and implementation of lifecycle marketing programs including: EMOB, Inactive, Natural Reissue, CLI, World Spend and Retention efforts. Including creative development, legal & compliance approvals, ORB tollgates and channel team execution.
