while working for Randstad at DHL i was shipping and receiving expensive parts for a company called Lam i would have to check the parts for hots and then check the dimensions by scanning the parts with a scanner and then i would use the tracking number that the package came with called the packing slip then i would scan the PO and tracking then the delivery note to be able to move the part into a cart. Also while working at DHL i was working for a department called variance where you fix all the packages that were entered wrong/damaged, in that process was kind of like shipping and receiving i just had to answer the buyers and ask them to provide certain things depended on what was wrong w the part/package. after the package was ready to be received i would go to the location in where the part is and pull it then receive it after i would answer then buyers saying that the part was received.
