As my parents use to say anyone can loo good on paper, but what you bring as an individual is what counts.

Communication skills: Communication is crucial now more than ever. You must be clear is executing what is needed without misinterpretation. I can articulate effectively my thoughts as well as the needs of others both verbally as well as in writing.

Team Work: This goes beyond just working together but it is a skill in having the ability to work with others and to assist others in to their full potential I am very comfortable working with colleagues from different departments and backgrounds effectively to achieve the task at hand.

Problem Solving: This is an exceptional yet complex skill. One must have patience and the ability to analyze a problem with confidence,critical thinking, and creativity.

Time Management: This skill has been molded in me growing up with a military dad. This is also a skill of judging multiple projects and knowing their is a "time of completion" yet not allowing nervousness to interfere with execution.

Ethics: ethics is something that I greatly believe in. Growing up in NJ and NYC we are very hardworking group. Showing up and give it 100% is in my DNA.

Initiative: I believe that this is one of the most important skills a female can have. This is what sets someone apart from "the sheep" mentality. Knowing how to go above and beyond what is being asked of you without overstepping yourself. IT is knowing what is expected and not being told every time to do it. Having insight and being in-tune with yourself and your superiors.

Leadership Skills: I love people and genuinely care for their best interest. This skill can be sensed from others and it allows them to open up and not have their guard up allowing them to want to listen and allow themselves to take direction.

Ambition: This is a very important trait in my opinion. I am very ambitious, it allows me to want to grow, learn, become stronger. I get the job done. This is something that cannot be taught it has to be desired from within.
