• Implementing phototherapy for simple and complex hyperbilirubinemia
• Supporting mothers and patients with feeding through various methods (breastfeeding, tube feeding, bottle feeding, and syringe feeding)
• Utilization of infant warmer and isolette

Low-volume experience:

• Assisting in the placement of umbilical lines
• Assisting with intubation and surfactant administration
• Assisting with chest tube placement
• Management of intubated patients prior to transfer to a higher level of care
• Initiating protocol for infant cooling
• Monitoring neonate with gastrochisis
• NAS scoring and care of the infant experiencing opioid withdrawal
