Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) Project Director for the U.S.Virgin Islands

• Manage territory wide health care fraud prevention grant-funded program, including supervision of staff and oversight of community outreach and volunteer activities.
• Maintain $95,000 program budget with input from Finance Director and Executive Director. .
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with local, regional, and national partners and government agencies to promote the SMP program.
• Host monthly virtual open house and training sessions via Zoom to recruit & train volunteers.

• Established, organized and planned the first ever Virgin Islands Department of Health - Disaster Preparedness Expo which brought together 60 territory-wide agencies and nonprofit organizations to share preparedness planning with local community thru workshops and trainings drawing over 1,000+ attendees throughout the territory

• Developed and manage social media marketing campaigns and monitored engagement metrics for company brands: Caravelle Casino, VIGL Racing & Caravelle Market. Made specific recommendations on how to improve social activity by regularly monitoring and analyzing brand/competitor conversations.
• Participated in the preparation and execution of all promotions and events including casino sponsored parties, drawings, and tournaments.
• Successfully spearheaded VIGL Operations first inter-island music festival featuring Grammy Award winning artists with over 10,000+ concertgoers in attendance.
