Clinical experience includes a focus on women's mental health and ketamine-assisted therapy, along with a robust understanding of medication management and mental health care across the lifespan for all individuals. • Provide competent care for women and their unborn infants during labor and delivery, while continually assessing condition of both mother and child
• Perform interventions in order to improve condition of mother and child
• Interact with physicians and other medical staff in a professional and timely manner in order to provide appropriate and timely care
• Engage patient in relevant teaching regarding treatment, procedure, medication, plan of care
• Encourage and provide emotional support to both patient and family during labor and delivery
• Clinical Coach- Teach necessary skills to newly hired nurses, and orient them to the daily workflow of the unit
