All this in addition to doing all office tasks including but not limited to payroll, HR, putting together an employee handbook, accounts payable and receivable, employee benefits administration and day to day management of the business. Not only was the professional growth over the last 23 year extremely gratifying, the most valuable benefit was the feeling of a family environment that I was a part of creating.
