Managed all facets of Jackson House, a 120 unit Senior living, tax credit property. Brought the community from 30% late income certifications to 100% on time income certifications. Duties included AP management, rent collection, and tenant relations.

Management Company change. Managed all facets of Orchard Hills a tax credit community in Tacoma, WA including obtaining bids and managing capital improvement projects.

Manager all facets of Orchard Hills, a 108 unit tax credit property including tenant relations, rent collection, AP management, and tax credit compliance.

• 2008 to 2013: Investment Manager overseeing management of various assets for Etico including 20 single family home rentals; a 51 unit boutique hotel on Bainbridge Island; 11 Homeowner's Associations on the Eastside; and 4 small apartment communities in Kirkland (4 units, 8 units, and 15 units with 10,000 square foot commercial office space) and a 22 unit apartment community in South Seattle.
• 2004 to 2008: Onsite Manager for Adagio Apartments in Covington, a 200 unit apartment community. Stabilized occupancy after lease-up, controlled delinquency, improved resident retention, and created and managed budget. Created a sound lease renewal and marketing program program that increased rents by 10%.
• 2003 to 2004: Assistant Community Manager for Monterra Apartments, a 139 unit community in Mill Creek. Assisted with lease-up, rent collections, and lease compliance.
