• Support the Event Director/ Deputy Event Director to enable the management of teams and cross functional departments on daily tasks and requests.
• Responsible for planning, promoting, and ensuring the smooth running of an event schedule and individual events including events from Circus.
• Monitoring the event continuously giving an early indication of any problems
• Created and conducted multiple presentations and facilitated the onboarding of team members joining teams in various departments.
• Daily reporting of issues and incidents around the site.
• Directing resources and teams to deal with problems (includes – lost/found children, stolen items, ride failures, etc.)
• Logging of all communications Control of any incidents
• Monitored all team readiness and staff deployments during on hours.
• Control room operations, monitoring CCTV and Hytera Radios (for channels such as Event Services, Security, Crisis, etc) as well as digital platforms.
• Created and conducted presentations and facilitated onboarding of team members joining the Event Control Team.
• Provided daily reports and other documents collectively from all the departments in terms of security, health and safety, operations, marketing, etc.
