
During my time at Lou Malnati’s, I had the privilege to gain assistant manager experience which entailed of closing and opening the store, counting and receiving inventory. Dropping deposits and taking deposits to the bank. Making sure my staff understands their position to properly maintain our shifts adequately. Greeting customers and taking care of any issues that may occur. Making sure ingredients are fresh and quality.
During my time at McDonald’s, I completed opening tasks, such as stalking cleaning, prepping food and silverware. Grinning customers upfront and taking care of customers on the headset, handing out orders while maintaining quick speed and friendliness keeping a positive attitude even during a rush, preparing curbside orders /delivery orders.
