· Reporting Customer Facilities every end of the month, quarter and end of the year for QCB system.
· Add collateral for all the customer who have facilities against commercial and Mortgage loan.
· Requesting pin codes for customer from QCB system and add it in equation system ( Bank system ).
· Delete blacklisted customer from bank system.
· Issuing New Cards for Bank customers.
· Replacement and cancellation for the Debit cards.
· Increase / Decrease the limit of the credit cards.
· Cancel/ Edit accounts for Bank customers.
· Prepare daily , weekly and monthly reports.
· Participate on the future plan for the dept.
