Oversee and facilitate differentiated instruction, analyze student data to track progress of the team, lead weekly team meetings, debrief student progress, and discuss instructional strategies.
Develop and monitor comprehensive systems to maintain a secure environment, ensuring strict adherence to company protocols during year-round Out of School Time Programs, Summer BRIDGE, late pick-up, and dismissal. Reducing chronically late pick-ups from 12 to 3 scholars. Additionally, eliminating daily occurrences to a maximum of 2-3 days/week.
Provide and model leadership to a staff of 65 employees, 765 students, families, and community stakeholders, in establishing a cohesive, structured, and achievement-oriented school culture and climate.
Foster consistency in academic and behavioral expectations in and out of 32 classrooms, minimizing in-school suspensions by 30%, and out-of-school infractions by a reduction of 10%.
