Throughout my day, I focus on my studies at Southern New Hampshire University but before I am able to concentration I have to start of my day by cleaning and exercising. I usually clean and exercise almost everyday. I wake up really early every morning around 8a.m and start off my day with an hour exercise. After that, I get myself together and clean around the house. I find that this helps my mind and plan out my day accordingly. I believe it is important to do whatever you have to do to take care of your mental health for your best work.
