- Assist guests with their VIP packages and experiences including guest check-in, merchandise distribution, building and maintenance of lounge areas, and direction to designated seats on site.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues with guests regarding their VIP package.
- Organize guests between multiple VIP package tiers, experiences, and merchandise packages.
- Count and manage inventory for specific shows.
- Communicate with incoming road representatives about venue information including on site layout, count in times, and ticket sales.
- Keep track and properly record inventory and sales for the tour.
- Build a clean and organized display and selling area for vending.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate properly with road representatives to maximize sales.
- Interact politely and efficiently with customers for a quick and friendly sale.
- Settle shows independently using AtVenu or Square software.
- Meet and communicate with tour managers to complete a wide range of tasks in order to make their day successful.
- Complete shopping lists and build dressing rooms prior to bands entering the venue.
- Safely transport crew to offsite locations such as hotels, store runs, and food runs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Organize all cash transactions distributed by the tour and keep record of all receipts and purchases.
