• Feed / medicate dogs and cats in team's care twice a day.
• Clean kennels daily.
• Perform medical intake for dogs and cats and enter into Shelterluv
• Assist volunteers with handling of animals
• Observe animals for medical and behavior concerns
• Special treatment for cats with ringworm and/or URI

⦁ Train and support dog walking volunteers and staff in behavior/handling classes
⦁ Train and encourage experienced volunteers on teaching lower level classes
⦁ Assist volunteers with specific behaviors
⦁ Schedule up to four classes a day

⦁ Assign and desensitize dogs to walking gear
⦁ Monitor playgroup, hold meet and greets for adopters/fosters
⦁ Work with dogs that have heightened behaviors in shelter environment
⦁ Respond daily to behavior notes

⦁ Work with dogs on basic obedience and leash skills
⦁ Prepare and pass out enrichments for dogs daily
