After working as an assistant service manager, I realized a lot of the computer systems were extremely outdated and lacked not only convenience, but security and cleanliness. After gradually implementing my knowledge of technology into the workspace, I was taken in as a IT support specialist. I helped come up with a backup plan incase of any accidentals back in March of 2024. In June, 15,000 dealerships world wide were forced to close after being affected by a blacksuit malware attack, shutting down all systems. Because of my implemented backup plan, we allowed to stay open and continue business.
Being quickly promoted after my hard work ethic and positive attitude was day in and day out recognized, I worked as a Service advisor assistant manager. I practiced good communication skills and critical thinking skills. I exceled in providing comprehensive administrative support, including spreadsheet management and paperwork organization, while also ensuring the seamless movement and presentation of vehicles within the facility. With strong communication skills, I served as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders and valued customers, adeptly addressing inquiries and accommodating their needs to foster positive experiences. I quickly learned a new system and software, CDK, and all of its commands and prompts, to help close out paperwork and log records into guests history. Working 50+ hours a week alongside school, I am displaying incredible flexibility and my will to work.
