Job overview

Contact Center department provides customer service and insurance tracking on
Equipment and Vehicle Protection Programs. These programs are intended to
protect lenders/lessors from financial losses associated with uninsured equipment/vehicles in the event of a physical loss.

Job responsibilities:

  • Build product knowledge to confirm and discuss products features along with benefits, and consequences of each action.
  • First Contact Resolution inbound calls using Avaya softphone. (6min. max per call)
  • Understand caller's circumstances, problems, expectations and needs for purpose of resolving inquiries issues via phone, email, or mail.
  • Utilized Call Logic outbound dialer to track insurance on exposed accounts that does not fit parameter of program's protection.
  • Data Entry: High volume insurance verification via email, fax and/or mail channels. (min. 25 per hour)
  • Assist with investigation and resolution of customer's complaints, satisfaction,and retention.
  • Managed/conveys computer systems tracking, documenting questions/answers, information assembly and troubleshooting.
  • Participated in voluntary and/or mandatory overtime document processing.
  • Mandatory department's monthly meetings and corporate quarterly meetings.
  • Annual training: Corporate guidelines, Code of Conduct, and Cyber Security.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.. (6min. max per call)
