• Serialization: Leveraging the Certified Scrum Master training, the individual adeptly assumed the role of project administrator on JIRA, orchestrating project flows and task execution while delineating overarching project objectives as Epics and implementing filters to enhance usability. Simultaneously, they established a comprehensive document sharing repository using Confluence, facilitating seamless collaboration and dissemination of crucial project documents. Through adept utilization of Jira Software, they optimized workflow visualization, ensured timely task completion, and effectively met project milestones, thereby enhancing overall employee productivity.
• Product Information Management (PIM): Through training facilitated by the Onsite Project Manager, I gained valuable insights into the content of Safety Data Sheets, Allergen specifications, Healthcare Distribution Alliance Product Master Form, and E-Catalog files. Collaborating closely with Quality Assurance, I effectively communicated to obtain any missing data, contributing to data completeness. Furthermore, I successfully uploaded multiple Safety Data Sheets and Allergen files onto the Salsify platform, utilizing training provided by Salsify experts and a knowledgeable colleague. The analysis I conducted on Safety Data Sheets and Allergen specifications enabled the IT department to assess data availability, identify gaps, and develop strategies to address missing information efficiently.
• Advance Available To Promise (AATP): As an IT Business Analyst, I played a key role in gathering information from Marketing and Customer Service Teams to understand the existing solution and collect requirements for refining Phase 2 products. Concurrently, I efficiently managed projects as a JIRA administrator, delineating project flows, tasks, and larger goals as Epics, while enhancing usability through filters. Additionally, I collaborated on configuring JIRA and Confluence, leveraging my previous experience in Serialization.
• Outbound Macros Development: I developed an effective Macro for my team to cut down the runtime of creating daily outboound reports

• The internship mainly focused on the role of a Business Analyst speaking with the concerned departments within the company and making sure all the documents and required files are created or are there for end user delivery.

• I learned multiple new sides of business during my role as a SAP Support Intern. Some of these being an in-depth understanding of SAP and its internal workings.
• I also acquired a new skill of learning how to automate the SAP tables using Microsoft Excel Developer Options and implementing these file on the SAP server.
• I also was well acquainted with the EDI system and order analysis within the system.

§ My internship mainly focused on the day-to-day operations of the firm such as solving tickets put forth to the IT Department.

§ I also helped create a database of inventory of the items within the firm such as monitors, computers, and mouse and system updations, new system installations etc.

§ The internship mainly focused on the workings of the firm by creating the Presentations and Proposals and the Pitches from the current firm to the other firms.
