Practice Development

• Conduct Architecture Reviews with customers
• Assist with most aspects of an Ariba OnDemand implementation including solutions design, business rule development, user interface configuration and customization, external system integration, technical / end-user training and project management.
• Perform PoCs for SAP Store Orders requirements
• Drive “best in class” business processes implementation on SAP Ariba cloud solution
• Assist the customer with data extraction from their existing systems, ensuring adherence to data specifications, and resulting in successful integration with Ariba OnDemand Solutions.
• Also influence opinions and decisions of clients leveraging proven best practices
• Act as a liaison between customer and various groups within Ariba such as Technical Support, Sales, Engineering

Customer Focus

• Responsible for customer satisfaction during successful deployment of solutions.
• Maintain regular communications with Customer representatives during implementation to keep them appraised of current project status

Ariba Solution Expertise

• Procure to Pay, Procure-to-order, Invoice Pro, Procurement Content and Services Procurement (support Field Glass Integration).
• Build solution, customer, and industry knowledge by leveraging appropriate resources (internally at Ariba and externally at customer).

• Conduct functional workshops for customer’s in-depth understanding on SAP Ariba solution’s core functionality

• Discuss and design AS-IS and TO-BE process

• Discuss Business requirements workbook

• Configure parameters based on requirements workbook discussion, approval flow and forms

• Review and confirm customers functional requirements

• Provide solutions for issues while testing phase

• Support master data discussions

• Support Go Live and Cutover activities for customer

• Work with the business and technology teams to resolve issues with Ariba Procurement Solutions in a global environment

• Recognize issues, derive the solution and complete the resolution. Work closely with the Global Procurement, Accounts Payable and business teams to determine cause and solution.

• Work with the business teams on enhancements to Ariba Procurement Solutions to support ongoing operations as well as the Ariba global roll out; translate business requirements to functional designs and have the ability to explain / work with the IT programming team to complete the implementation.

• Architect design solutions with emphasis on efficiency, maintainability, and end-user experience

• Evaluate technical changes required to accommodate future requirements / changes in business process

• Design and develop repeatable solutions by leveraging common technology. Assist with testing activities

• Analyze the entire Savings and Opportunities Analysis (Spend Analysis) for GE for entire Europe, which includes finding opportunities and also showcase the Leakages to the client in order to reduce the Spend through non preferred suppliers

• The process included as Consolidation of raw AP/GL/PO data, Cleaning of Spend Data, Variation Analysis (variation from previous quarter spend), Validation of the cleaned data and final reporting of Spend Analysis

• Lead the E Auction (Reverse Auction) for all the GE businesses. This includes entire set up of project on Procuri (Ariba) with setting up the suppliers, total spend, time for the auction, Bid decrement value, buyer training etc..

• Training the suppliers on how to use this online E Auction tool and ultimately execute the Auction online to help the business gain deflation and savings

• Lead the Preferred supplier list project, which includes development and maintenance of list of all existing and new suppliers for entire GE businesses globally

• Major part of the project includes the synchronization of Preferred supplier lists into one Global Preferred Supplier lists and ultimately merge it into the GE Supplier database, ARAVO
