• Auditing IB Cases for different queues like Enrollment, Maintenance, Billing and Special Reports by reviewing with ISG/WGS Mainframe Application and WEM, MAPS, BPM Application And Sharing Error Log email to associate and sharing RCA and 5 Whys after accepting errors and Error review session with the operations team on weekly basis
