I am seeking a challenging position in the field of healthcare with the opportunity to combine my education and vast work experience to coordinate care for patients and their families. My philosophy of nursing is influenced by my worldview. My worldview has a strong Christian upbringing, but I cannot rule out the knowledge given to me by science. I believe my worldview helps me to treat my patients more holistically while keeping an open mind and respecting my patient’s worldviews. I will continue to advance my educational opportunities to provide my patients with the most up-to-date quality care that is available to them. I strive to be the kind of caregiver who can engage patients and empower them to be self-advocates. I look forward to welcoming my patients and partnering with them for health care and resources. I believe nursing is a privilege and we should cherish our ability to use our knowledge and skills to help those in need.
