  • Led building of data science solution for improving allocation of product units to store locations to maximize sale of full-priced units. GCP Vertex-AI pipeline based automated jobs were developed to simulate half-a-million combination of features to reduce allocation error. This work resulted in 4.5M incremental gross margin dollars.
  • Developed forecasting model using exponential smoothing framework which predicts foot traffic across all stores. Model has been automated using pipelines in GCP Vertex AI platform and results act as core input to financial planning and sales forecast for merchandizing
  • Built smart measurement method for supply chain services by creating a deep learning model to predict shipping costs and made recommendations to reduce shipping expenses
