  • Accurately respond to all new, current, and terminated employee questions related to benefits, payroll, expenses, time, and attendance, and various HR policies in a timely, friendly fashion.
  • Enter and maintain field associate information (benefits, payroll, addresses, salary, etc.). in Oracle HRIS/HCM.
  • Review field associates' time entries; identify any discrepancies between hours reported to Mastech Digital and hours reported to the client; work with the associate and the client to correct any discrepancies; approve time when accurate.
  • Support and test the Core HR and Absence Management modules. Determine requirements by gathering feedback from my team, along with the assigned development and testing teams.
  • Review proposals for new or revised FLSA classifications to determine appropriate exempt or non-exempt assignments in accordance with federal regulations.
  • Handle all client audits, and validate the audit results of the team.the team. Coordinate with client manager(s) to review and close all audits before assigned deadlines.
  • Proactively reach out to the assigned group of field associates at a minimum of once bi-weekly.
  • Conduct compliance reviews of I-9, and ensure all reverifications are completed before WAS expiration.
  • Held quarterly training sessions with the team to ensure they are informed about changes to local, state, and federal laws (ongoing).
  • Coordinate with our service provider, and ensure that harassment training is completed by all associates.
  • Ensure all new hire forms are received in a timely manner, and correctly completed; follow up with the new hire when needed.
  • Conduct bi-weekly team calls and sessions with the HRCs and ACPs, in which we mutually discuss and coach on how to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Complete a 30- and 180-touch point for all newly hired field associates to gather feedback, grievances, etc.
  • Provide support to leaders, managers, and employees to ensure they have a better understanding of HR processes and policies, maximizing organizational effectiveness, performance, and ensuring compliance.
