  • Utilizing a computerized panel I must make adjustments to the speed of the machine and compression controls to assure that the product is being manufactured properly
  • My duties also include quality control inspection, checking for the proper count, along with the proper weight, and proper measurement of the finished product
  • Upon every hour I am required to write a report on the efficiency of the operation along with any mechanical problems

  • Once the batch is completed I had to fill 45-gallon drums with finished material, seal the lids, weigh the drum and print out shipping description sheets
  • Daily I had to perform housekeeping services at and around my work station, also examine packaging procedures to prevent chances of product contamination.
