I have 14+ years of experience in financial technology services with expertise in testing, managing, delivering digital products to online banking customers as well as to financial center associates/clients. In my current role, I partner with multiple Internal/external teams to own agile development of features that delivers latest banking technology to improve client experience. Besides delivering on latest product i also work diligently to manage risk, mitigation and control plans associate with the same technology functions. Rectify 15 different self-identified audit issues, as well as 6 regulatory-identified audit issues, involving 13 or more internal teams.
Partner with multiple external teams and outside third-party vendors like Visa and Mastercard, manage communication, and coordinate to drive initiative strategy, planning, stakeholder approvals, and execution of various online features.
