• Responsible for supply chain management to provide support to the operations team, including site-appropriate equipment, leasing, purchasing, maintenance, repair, inventory, transportation, warehousing, tracking shipments, and reordering inventory based on what their team needs to achieve core objectives.
• Organize and Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of employee files.
• Monitoring equipment rental daily and monthly timesheet of company and contractors.
• Receive, register and verify invoices.
