As a Zupervisor at KidZania Dallas, I played a pivotal role in creating an immersive and educational entertainment experience for children. My responsibilities included:

• Customer Service : Providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for children and their families
• Activity Facilitation : Leading interactive, role-playing activities that simulate real- world professions, helping children learn through play in areas such as aviation, healthcare, and media.

• Operational Support: Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of activity stations, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the facility.

Through this role, I developed strong communication, leadership, and problem- solving skills, as well as a passion for creating meaningful and enjoyable experiences for children.

• Reviewed aeronautical charts and used navigational instruments during each flight and maintained strong knowledge of government and company regulations
