• Project Management - Managed multiple projects for New Tires implemented at Napanee Plant.
• Over $1,500,000 of development Project Credits provided to Napanee Plant.
• Lead NPI Engineer for IATF Audit for New Product industrialization.
• Worked with Goodyear HQ continuously to implement new projects & tire design concepts into Napanee Plant.

• Supervised and trained Quality Inspectors to ensure inspections met Honda Quality Standards.
• Lead projects to address Quality issues on various components of Honda Civic & CRV.
• Investigated Safety Hazards & Risk Assessments (Time Studies, Ergo Assessments and Manpower) to establish quality inspection processes.
• Worked on Special Projects over $500,000 cost to Honda. Issued quotes, budget and cost models to Honda before implementation of Special Projects.
