• Conducted in-depth studies on the intricacies of surface structuring and wettability modification using Femtosecond Lasers
• Performed meticulous analysis of surface structures employing Scanning Electron Microscopy, providing detailed insights into micro and nano-scale alterations
• Executed comprehensive chemical analysis of surfaces through Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS), enhancing understanding of elemental composition and distribution
• Utilized Laser Confocal Microscopy for precise roughness measurement and 3D imaging, contributing to a holistic understanding of surface modifications.
• Enhanced research quality by conducting thorough literature reviews and synthesizing findings.

• Manage and execute replacement projects, as well as energy improvement and cost saving modification projects
• Technical Auditing of major projects which involved verification of Compliance for Standard Operational Procedures, Client Billing, Subcontractor Billing, Material Reconciliation and Quality Checks
• Managing a maintenance team of 11 subordinate Technicians and 5 contractor teams on regular basis

Some of the major projects completed successfully are as followed

• Design selection, procurement, and installation of air dehumidification system for NPK A plant process requirements
• Design selection, procurement, and erection of side wall steep angle conveyor system- first of its kind in the company
• Replacement and installation of low- and high-pressure piping systems
• Maintenance, cold alignment and grinding of tires of rotary kilns-3-4meter diameter x 12-40 meter length
• Design modification in the support roller of the rotary dryer in NPK-B plant to reduce spare roller cost
• Design and installation of Condensate water recovery system –water conservation and reuse.

• In charge of overall mechanical maintenance of GSSP and SSP phosphate fertilizer plant, manpower management, spares management, material procurement, document control, job scheduling, order negotiations
• Breakdown analysis, design and modifications in existing equipment’s for eliminating breakdowns and improving overall efficiencies
• Manpower handling, prioritizing jobs, annual budget preparation, purchasing of critical spares and equipment’s, planning and maintaining inventory of critical spares
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP software for job scheduling, purchasing and maintaining inventory of critical spares and tools.

• Maintenance of plant equipment’s, manage scheduled preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of equipment’s
• Have worked on static as well as rotary equipment’s like boilers, reactors, storage tanks, condenser’s, turbo machines –pumps, turbines, compressors, blowers, conveyor belts and rotary kilns etc.

• Hands on experience in complete overhauling of high speed- range of RPM 1500 to 11000- turbo machinery, turbines –generating power from 450 Kw to 7 Mw, centrifugal as well as reciprocating compressors, pumps, and blowers.
