  • As a member of the Spain Park Law Academy, I have competed in mock trial competitions every year since my sophomore year. I participated in both state and international events, engaging in both online and in-person practices for events such as Youth Judicial, Empire, and Appellate Court competitions at Duke University. During Youth Judicial, our team placed 8th in the state. Additionally, I was elected to serve as a Supreme Court Justice at the Alabama Youth in Government Conference, where I was tasked with determining the constitutionality of various bills over a three-day event.
  • As a member of Spain Park DECA, I have been involved in the state competition since my sophomore year. In 10th grade, I secured first place and qualified to compete internationally in California. This year, I placed third and earned a bid to the International Career Development Conference. For both of these competitions, I prepared a detailed written event of up to 20 pages, along with a presentation.
  • As a member of the Spain Park Math Team, I competed in state math competitions from 9th to 11th grade. I planned a math team tournament in collaboration with Hoover High School during March.

  • As the Alabama Representative for Inspire Stem, a non-profit organization promoting awareness of STEM fields, I applied for the position, interviewed with the President of Inspire Stem, and organized various STEM-related events online. I had the opportunity to write for the organization’s magazine, further spreading the importance of STEM education.
