To Create and manage cashless network of Hospitals on Daily
basis as per the requirement of the Sales team so that the client
base has maximum number of quality hospitals available for

Acting as the SPOC person for care health for the complete west
zone having 2200 providers as on April 2021.
Responsible for creating new network of hospitals for Cashless
services in Maharashtra, Gujarat , Goa and MP.
600 Hospitals have been empanelled in last 3 years on negotiated
terms along with additional discounts which keeps the Average
claim size in check and acts as a saving for my company.
Existing highly utilized Providers which were empanelled on open
rates in the beginning were later converted to negotiated rates and
discounts from my end.
Additional savings are done on daily basis by negotiating on case
wise for additional discount.
30% of the existing hospitals were converted into fixed medical
management packages while 13% of the hospitals were converted
into fixed surgical packages. 20 % of the hospitals investigation
cost was fixed and additional 10% hospitals were negotiated for
additional pharmacy discounts. All the mentioned conversion and
discounts acts as a savings and thus overall reduces our total ACS
(Average claim size ).
Was successful in giving Savings of 13Lacs in the month of March
2021 itself by waiving off old payments or getting additional
discounts for pending payments.
Give complete training and orientation of Care health Portal for
cashless services to the staff of hospital.
Identified the current grievances received from the Non-medical
staff regarding the work culture and environment through a
questionnaire sheet. On the feedback suggested required measures
to the higher management to Improve the retention of employees
-Conducted a project on Exit interviews of nurses so that the
attrition rates decreases. Majority of the suggestions were
applauded and recognized by the higher management and they
were put into actionaction.
