Project Overview - Welspun One Logistic Park JNPT

Welspun One developing Logistic park in JNPA SEZ comprising of 05 Warehouse, 01 Industrial Bldg and 01 Office building.

Work Monitored - Looking after 01 warehouse, 01 industrial building.

Warehouse is having 22,000 sqm floor plate area with G+2 structure. parking for small cars at 2nd floor terrace. industrial Building is 2 Storey above Warehouse and the Floor Plate area is 5,500 Sqm.

Managing the Safety Team, quality team, execution team and looking after procurement and coordination.

• Project Overview: Cutting and Backfilling - Ulwe River was rerouted, and Blasting was carried out in the adjacent hill in Airport area and backfilling of marshy lands. More than 3,00,00,000 cum of rocks used in the filling works. Construction of Terminal Building consisting of East Pier, Headhouse and West Pier.
• Work Monitored: Construction of West Pier (Passenger Terminal Part) - Piers are the part of Main Terminal Building (East Piers, Headhouse, West Pier). West Pier is a G+2 with Attic slab on the 2nd floor. It has 08 FLBs (Fixed Length Bridge). The ground floor is BOH Office area, Level 01 is Arrival Mezzanine, Level 02 is Departure level and attic level is service floor. The Roof of the Pier is PEB structures. West Pier has 09 Ramps for boarding. FOH and BOH finishing of West Pier and handing over to Operations.

• Project Overview: Construction of SC, RC and FC. It is Amazon's Sort Centre, Receiving Centre and Facility Centre respectively. The Structure is PEB with G+Mezzanine having Reception on the Lower Ground Floor. The area of the Warehouse is approx. 9,30,000 Sqft combined. It has supporting systems such as STP, WTP, Pump Room, Rainwater Harvesting.
• Work Monitored: Construction of SC & RC & FC - Works monitored are Civil works (FM2 Flooring, Road, Toilets, Ancillary buildings), Finishing works of Toilets and other ancillary buildings, Non-Conformance Reports for Poor Workmanship & poor quality work, Handing over of Facility to Amazon.

• Company Overview: Subsidiary of Makers Group
• Project Overview: Maker Maxity: An integrated, mixed-use development spread over 17 acres, located at the erstwhile Drive-in Theatre site at Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai.
• Work Monitored: Construction of Retail Mall and Membership Club: The Mall consists of 3 levels of basement parking, retail, drive-in-theatre on the roof, multiplex, club which consist of swimming pools, sports arena, and retail outlets approximately 14, 00,000 sqft. Currently the entire structure is complete, MEP and ID work for the mall areas are in progress.
• Hotel Precinct: There are two high-end hotels with approximately 12,00,000 sqft including two basements. Currently the basements are under construction in hotel precinct.
• Works monitored: Civil works (RCC, Structural and Finishes) execution of Retail Mall, Retrofitting in Mall because of change in scope, Under Raft Drainage, Toe Wall construction, under raft water proofing of Hotel, Monitoring the site construction activities of hotel.

• Project Overview: 22 Storey Tower used as Quarters for Karur Vysya Bank employees: The project included a single tower with single basement for parking, Bank on ground floor with safe vault, Society office, Gym and terrace on 1st floor and 2 flats each floor till the 22nd floor.
• Works Monitored - Execution of site activities as per the approved method statement and as per the planned schedule.
