• In May 20, 2015 I started working for Blattner Energy as a general labor, tower climber, hub torquer, forklift operator, loader operator, driver qualification DQ, tower rescue, flagger
• In 2019 I became a Leadman where I teached and trained new hires as well as assist the foreman and helping run the crew
• In 2023 I became a foreman where I ran my own crew, keeping track of their experience and pay raise, maintain and motivate the crew keeping them content and problem solving also dealing with cranes, RT groves, tower rescue, teach and trained new hires on learning how to use the torque tools, climbing hardness, attended pod meetings with superintendents and explained our daily goals, safety topics, production goals, and the need of new hires for the crews

As of now I'm currently working for civil as a dozer operator, and a excavator hammer CAT 352, still learning heavy equipment operation. I know how to strip top soil cut in fill, and how to subgrade sites and track slope top soil. I know how to transition sites to roads.

• As a Technician 1, I would troubleshoot hubs, I would repair tower component's and install parts, as well as do meetings for safety topics, make reports of damaged equipment and damage component's quality control
• I was also a self rescue tower climber and a tower climber
• I was also a Technical Advisor, did walk downs and IIP's, pre walk inspections on towers sections
