• Painted Aircraft using different equipment including the pressure pots, gravity gun and electrostatic gun.
• Worked with multiple applications of primer, paint, enamels, thinners, glazing compounds.
• Applied and removed stripper and washed, unsealed/resealed.
• Laid out templates and patterns for detail finish.
• Masked, different types of taping, using filler compounds, removed tape and excess materials.
• Sand blasted, scraped, sanded, grinded, buffed according to pre-established finish dimensions.
• Distinguished different types of painting materials.
• Sealed windows and boot seals.
• Removed/repaired Corrosion.

• Attach brackets, hinges, or clips to secure or support components or subassemblies, using bolts, screws, rivets, chemical bonding, or welding
• Read and interpret blueprints, illustrations, and specification to determine layouts sequences of operations, or identities and relation of parts
• Align, fit, assemble, connect, or install system components, using jig, fixtures measuring instruments, hand tools, or power tools.
• Assemble, install, and connect parts, fittings and assemblies on aircraft’s, using layout tools, hand tools, power tools, and fasteners such as bolts, screws, rivets, and clamps.
• Assemble prefabricated parts to form subassemblies.
• Fit and fasten sheet metal coverings to surface areas or other sections of aircraft prior to welding or riveting.
• Join structural assemblies, such as wing, tails or fuselage
• Align and fits structural assemblies manually, or signal crane operators to position assemblies for joining.
• Set up or operate machines or systems to crimp, cut, bend, form, swage, flare, bead, burr, or straighten tubing, according to specifications.
