I graduated in 2009 as a full time principal waiter. My professional career began in "Cayo Santa Maria", where I held various positions in the hospitality industry. I started as a buffet waiter, worked my way up to specialty restaurant waiter, and was later promoted to specialty restaurant manager. Finally, I held the position of lobby bar manager until 2019.
In 2019, I decided to start my own business and successfully managed a fast food kiosk until 2021. Subsequently, I returned to the gastronomic sector as Head of Service in a gastronomic complex, a role I held until 2024.
