- Streamlined reporting by implementing efficient processes and procedures around dashboard building.
- Collaborated with senior leadership to identify opportunities in reporting processes. Took a once very tedious group of reports and created an appealing to the eye automated dashboard that was shared with the senior leadership of Technical Design and above.
- Boosted productivity by automating the Product Development Calendar. Turning what was once a month and half long process into being able to be reported out on instantaneously. Allowing for quick reporting to the different cross functional teams.
- Created reporting dashboards around vendor compliancy. Which has been given to the Sourcing Operations Associate to help with gathering of data for the making of the Vendor Score Cards.
- Ensured data integrity by creating formulas to catch data errors. With the information found reaching out to cross functional teams to allow for the edits to be made for more accurate data to report out on.
- Contributed to the development of the CMFOB report by assisting in UAT the data for the internal and external teams building out the report.
