  • Co-chairmen of safety audit team since May 2017. Organized and led team meetings every other week during safety hour. Made agenda for each meeting and made sure everyone stayed on task and objectives were completed. Made and handed out safety audits to employees every other week for them to complete during safety hour. Completed about 100 audits per month to meet OHSA regulations.
  • Backup for group cell leader since April 2020. Took on responsibility of group cell leader when group cell leader took vacation or called in sick. Managed employees within department to complete tasks and work orders on time. Also, resolved any issues or questions that employees had.
